Frequently Asked Questions / What We Think You Should Know
WHAT IS AN ALL-INCLUSIVE HOTEL?
An All Inclusive hotel is one that includes all of the following at your hotel and even MORE: all your meals and snacks throughout the day, all your drinks including ALCOHOLIC beverages, all your daily activites at the hotel (except motorized water sports), roundtrip airport transfers, all your tips and taxes. Most hotels in Cancun are All-Inclusive and we think this type of hotel will give you the most value on your vacation.
CAN I BOOK MY AIR AND HOTEL IN A PACKAGE TOGETHER?
YES! We do offer air and hotel packages. Our airfare is limited and usually sells out months before the hotels do so book early to get the best air options and prices.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major Credit Cards and Debit cards - you just need to sign a credit card form and fax it back to us with a copy of your Credit Card and ID. This is to protect YOU and US against fraud. You can also make a CASH payment at any local Chase or Wells Fargo Bank. And yes, each person on your reservation can use their own card or some of you can use cards and others can pay cash. Just ask your Travel Manager for more details on both options.
DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
YES! You can reserve a hotel package with only a $200 deposit per person or a hotel/air package starting at $300 per person. Final payment depends on which hotel you chose but in most cases the deadline is on or before March 1st-March 25th.
IS THERE AN EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT?
YES! Book before December 31, 2011 and you will not only receive an early booking discount but you will also get your first choice of hotel and the best flight options.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I PAY IN FULL INSTEAD OF THE PAYMENT PLAN?
YES! The price difference will depend on your exact package but you can save up to $100 per person by paying in full. Everyone on your reservation must either chose the pay in full or the payment plan option together.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR PAYING CASH INSTEAD OF CREDIT?
With some packages YES! If the airline or hotel that you are booking charges credit card fees (as high as 5% in some cases) we will give that discount back to for paying with cash. Please ask your Travel Manager if your booking qualifies.
IS THE TRAVEL I PAY FOR REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately it is not, so make sure you are booking what you want AND with responsible people that will make their payments on time. We highly recommend travel insurance for those unforseen circumstances that may arise causing you to cancel. Travel Inurance costs about $100 per person, everyone one your reservation must buy it together and the insurance must be paid for at the SAME time as your deposit, not after. Please ask us for more information.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE AFTER I HAVE MADE A PAYMENT?
Changes are usually possible but sometimes costly. There is no change fee from Two Worlds Travel, but there is always one from the airline and usually one from the hotel and/or wholesaler. Please ask your Travel Manager about the fees which are based on the change you need to make and how close you are to your travel date.
WHAT IF I PAY ON TIME BUT MY ROOMMATE IS LATE OR DOES NOT WANT TO GO AFTER WE MAKE A DEPOSIT?
Unfortunatley the reservation will be in jeopardy of being canceled and payments will be non-refundable. Some hotels and airlines "might" accept payments after the deadline with a penalty, but some will not which means YOUR hotel and flights will be canceled if the other people on your reservation do not pay their share. Again, we highly recommend booking with people who you trust and you know are responsible so that you are not forced to pay for the whole room by yourself if they backout.
DO YOU MATCH PRICES FROM YOUR COMPETITORS?
YES! We try our very best to earn your business with our expertise on the Cancun Jumpoff and our fantastic customer service. If you find a lower price before you make your first payment let us know and we will try to match it. We will book the same thing for your with the same conditions - so if the other website requires full payment in order to get that price, then we will match that too. Price matches are a lot easier with hotel only reservations.
WHY DON'T YOU LIST PRICES ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Airfare prices change minute to minute so that would be impossible. Hotel prices do not change as often but they are based on "supply & demand" so the prices usually go up as the number of rooms drops. The best way to get the most accurate price is to call or email us. And please remember that prices can change until you make your deposit.
HOW MUCH ARE THE PARTY PACKAGES AND HOW DO I PURCHASE THEM?

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO GO TO MEXICO?
YES! And your airline ticket MUST match your EXACT passport name. Whether we book the airfare of you book it on your own, please make sure you know what name appears on your passport including the middle name or middle initial.
